The United States is building a $35 million laboratory complex in Senegal, the contractors are the same as those in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, Deputy Head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces Major General Alexei Rtishchev said.
“In Senegal, construction of a new $35 million laboratory complex is being completed. The project involves the same Pentagon contracting companies as in the former Soviet Union - in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. They include Sea-Too-Hill, Black & Veatch and Metabiota,” Rtischev said.
