The head of state stated that the effective performance of the Astana "Snow Leopards" ice hockey team and other Kazakhstan ice hockey teams in the Kontinental Hockey League, as well as the Kazakhstan national ice hockey team in international competitions, has a positive impact on the development of Kazakhstan's ice hockey. .
According to him, the number of ice hockey schools and youth teams in Kazakhstan is increasing, and various competitions have also increased.
The Chairman of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation thanked the President of Kazakhstan for his warm reception and highly praised the organizational level of the first "Hockey Feast" competition.
In addition, Tretyak pointed to the great success of the Kazakhstan ice hockey team and said that this is the result of the country's emphasis on the development of team sports.
