Gabbard, who maintains good relations with U.S. Armenian structures, will become director of the U.S. National Intelligence Service

US President-elect Donald Trump has decided to appoint Tulsi Gabbard to the post of Director of National Intelligence of the United States. This is stated in a statement from Trump's transition team.

The statement said that former Congresswoman, Lt. Col. Tulsi Gabbard enjoys broad support from representatives of both the Republican and Democratic parties.

“I know Tulsi will bring the fearless spirit that has defined her brilliant career to our intelligence community, standing up for our constitutional rights and securing peace through strength. Tulsi will make us all proud of her!” - Trump stated.

It should be noted that Gabbard maintains a very close relationship with the Armenian structures of the United States. In 2017, she visited Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh as part of a forum organized by the Armenian National Committee of America.
