Russian Deputy Foreign Minister thanked Armenian diplomat for constructive interaction.
YEREVAN, October 23 - Sputnik. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin presented the Order of Friendship to Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vagharshak Harutyunyan, who completed his mission. This is reported by the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
It is noted that the order was awarded by the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin for services in strengthening friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding between the countries.
Galuzin warmly thanked Harutyunyan for the constructive interaction during his tenure at the ambassadorial post and expressed hope that he will continue to help in order to strengthen the multifaceted Russian-Armenian ties.
To remind, Vagharshak Harutyunyan was appointed Armenian Ambassador to the Russian Federation in 2022. Since August 15 of this year, Gurgen Arsenyan, a former member of the Armenian parliament from the ruling Civil Pact, has become the republic's new representative in Russia.
