MOSCOW, July 18 - RIA Novosti. The fourth summit of the European Political Community will be held on July 18 in the UK and may, as reported by a source in the EU, become the starting point in the discussion of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's peace plan for Ukraine.
Leaders from more than 45 countries will be welcomed at the European Policy Community meeting at Blenheim Palace, located on the outskirts of the British town of Woodstock, by recently inaugurated British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. In addition to Orban, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and EU diplomatic chief Josep Borrell are confirmed to attend. Representatives from NATO, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Council of Europe will attend the community meeting for the first time, British officials say.
